Kevin Brinkman is Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Brinkman, a real estate investment company. The company is focused on delivering an entrepreneurial approach that leads to exceptional outcomes for investors, tenants, and stakeholders. They were one of the first in their industry to become a certified B Corp and continue to be a trailblazer in Using Business as a Force for Good. Kevin has led the successful investment of nearly $500 million in acquisitions and developments.
As CEO, Kevin leads the overall vision and strategy of the company. He cultivates investor partnerships through predictable results and transparent communication. He fosters an environment of innovation that creates collective success for internal and external stakeholders.
He holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Denver and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado in Boulder.
Kevin is a member of YPO and currently serves on the advisory board for the Institute for The Built Environment at Colorado State University, which advances the development of healthy, thriving built environments. Kevin was honored as one of the Top 25 Influential Young Professionals in Colorado by ColoradoBiz Magazine and as an inductee into the Colorado State University Real Estate Hall of Fame.
