David Baltz is the Maintenance Manager for Brinkman. He provides 24/7 property management, day-to-day execution of repairs, maintenance, and improvements, coordination of service agreements, oversight of property and tenant concerns and emergencies, and management of onsite vendors and subcontractors. David has worked in property maintenance for the past 15 years across six different states. In that time, he has worked in multiple product types including residential, retail, and office.
David holds an associate’s degree and is close to finishing his bachelor’s degree in history from Southern Illinois University.
