Chris is a property maintenance technician for Brinkman. He provides 24/7 property management, day-to-day execution of repairs, maintenance, and improvements. He also coordinates service agreements, oversees property and tenant concerns, and manages onsite vendors and subcontractors. Chris has a background in hotel maintenance and has served in the Navy.
