Hilton Garden Inn Arvada
A Collaborative Partnership Decades in the Making
The Hilton Garden Inn Arvada represents a collaborative partnership between the City of Arvada, Arvada Urban Renewal Authority (AURA), Renascent Hospitality, and Brinkman. This marks the first hotel in Arvada and fulfills a long-term goal of the City.
In an effort to meet the needs of all stakeholders, the hotel’s design compliments the surrounding neighborhood. Guests enjoy a restaurant, pool, fitness center, meeting rooms, pavilion, and conservatory common areas to encourage convening.
This Hilton Garden Inn provides the first full-service hotel in the City of Arvada. With its opening, Arvada has a facility for guests to conveniently stay as they are in town for community events, tournaments, business, or visiting family and friends. This also provides a venue for weddings, reunions, charity events, and business meetings.
This redevelopment of an underutilized site is situated within one block of the RTD Gold Line Commuter Rail and Olde Town Transit Hub. Its placement is strategic in an effort to encourage mass transit use as guests travel from the hotel to other areas of Metro Denver.
The project is part of a larger effort to revitalize Olde Town Arvada. In addition to creating jobs, the hotel will have a significant impact on the City’s tax revenue without raising taxes or using revenue from their general fund.
