Vanessa is a Property Manager for Brinkman. She is a high performing property management professional who has the day-to-day responsibility for all property/property management activities and functions for several of our multi-family properties. Vanessa drives leasing performance, property maintenance, tenant relations, property budgets, collections, reporting, marketing, and much more.
Vanessa is a graduate of Colorado State University and has experience working in Northern Colorado as a Transaction Coordinator for a real estate company.
