Director of Real Estate Management
Ashley Davidson is our Director of Real Estate Management. In this role, she provides strategic planning, direction, and oversight of the real estate management team to determine long-term planning and forecasting through efficient operations and leasing, serves as the liaison between the development, leasing and property management teams, and leads the strategy for Brinkman asset management to ensure we are cultivating market value to increase investor returns.
Ashley’s focus is on long-term strategy for capital investment, a systematic approach to governance and realization of the portfolio value, and tenant relations management.
Ashley has over a decade of property management experience spanning across multi-family, mixed use, office, retail, and garage operations. She brings extensive expertise in leasing across multiple real estate sectors and providing direct support to tenants to ensure their success. Her portfolio includes 2.7M SF of retail/office managed over her career including several multi-family, commercial, and value-add ground-up projects.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Texas at Austin in Government.
