A Sustainable Office to Support a City’s Vision
Harmony One was built with the environment in mind. The building exterior facade was designed to be timeless with material selections that complement the region and surrounding architecture for years to come.
This 55,000 SF, LEED Certified office building includes bicycle storage and showers, preferred parking for fuel efficient vehicles, highly reflective roof material to eliminate heat absorption, water efficient landscaping, low-flow and no-flow plumbing fixtures and the implementation of a Construction Indoor Air Quality plan.
Harmony One was part of a larger movement to provide Class A office options along the Harmony Corridor. The building was focused on providing an inspiring work environment for the employees throughout each of the spaces.
The LEED certified building was designed to provide as little environmental impact as possible while not compromising the overall design.
Completed in 2008, a major objective of Harmony One was supporting the City’s Harmony Corridor Plan to create a strong economic base in southeast Fort Collins. Harmony One is a small part of a bigger initiative that has resulted in this area becoming a major business center now supported by increased mixed-use and retail options.
