The First Round of Tenants for The Exchange have been Announced

The Exchange has hit another milestone! Brinkman closed on the redevelopment loan and the first round of tenants have been announced.

Old Town Media, Churn Ice Cream, CopperMuse Distillery, and a large anchor office tenant will all be setting up shop in The Exchange.
